This is a Reticulated Python. The word ‘reticulatus’ means ‘net like’ and refers to it’s patterns. I love snakes. I love holding them. There’s nothing else like it. I would have a non-threatening (not one that would suffocate me and a non-poisonous. I think they’re awesome, but I also respect them and think they’re better off in the wild.) one if it didn’t mean I would be homeless.
